Corporate Office (Boston, MA)
Assessment Clinician: A full time position in the Boston male STARR program (45 day assessment program for males, ages 13-17). Clinician is responsible to complete psychosocial assessments, provide family intervention and complete CANS. Masters degree is required and relevant experience in Child Welfare and knowledge of DCF. Strong clinical, writing and computer skills are necessary.
Salary range: $40,000 - $45,000.

Twin City Office (Somerville, MA)

Adoption and Foster Care Social Worker- Provide adoption and Intensive foster care case management services for children and adolescents in Department of Children and Families custody. Conduct clinical assessments of children, complete homestudies, clinically prepare children and families for placement, assist children and families during children’s transitions into homes, and provide ongoing services throughout placement. Provide advocacy for children and families within the educational, legal and child welfare systems. MSW preferred, bilingual (Spanish/English), excellent writing skills and car required.

Direct Care Counselor- Seeking full-time entry level opportunities in our community based residential settings to provide guidance and structure to adolescents 16-20 in DSS custody. BA/BS and experience in a residential setting preferred. Candidate must have excellent writing skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Salary $26,500. Excellent training and benefits.

Rhode Island Office (Providence, RI)

Direct Care Counselor- Residential counselors sought to work with adolescent population. Our entry-level position will grant you exposure to the state's child welfare system and develop your skills for a rewarding career. We are seeking 2nd shift & 3rd shift positions. Salary $22-24K. Excellent training and benefits. Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of a year experience in human services.
